Celebrating an Asset to our Region: the Peoria International Airport
In celebration of Peoria International Airport’s 11th Anniversary, we invite everyone to share the following video to highlight a great regional asset in our own backyard.

Peoria, April 22, 2022 — in an attempt to highlight positive stories, entities, and people in our region, we ask everyone to celebrate The General Wayne A. Downing Peoria International Airport (PIA) on their 11th Anniversary of the terminal opening by sharing the following video on April 26, 2022 and attending the commercial premiere at the Peoria Riverfront Museum Giant Screen Theater.
PIA is another way the public can come see what Greater Peoria has to offer. By encouraging outside friends and family to visit, it gives them the opportunity to use this wonderful asset that is in close proximity to everything we offer in our region.
